Sometimes life just gets to be too much. Millions of people are stressed out from relentless commitments at work or at home. Stress can make you physically ill and it can also cause feelings of loneliness, isolation and depression. But Mayo Clinic doctor Edward Creagan, M.D., says you can ease some of life's troubles by getting a pet.
