One in 2 men and 1 in 3 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, and more than 18 million cancer survivors are alive today, according to the American Cancer Society.

  • Maintain a healthy weight.
  • Get good sleep.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Avoid tobacco.
  • Limit the amount of alcohol you drink.
