Making Mayo’s Recipes: Balsamic feta chicken
This would be great for the weekend! Add big flavor to baked chicken with a balsamic vinegar marinade and a sprinkle of feta cheese. To avoid overcooking, insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the breast.

- 6 chicken breasts, 4 ounces each
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
