More than half of all adults in the U.S. are stressed and burned out. That's according to Mayo Clinic's Dr. Edward Creagan. He says modern life is nonstop, and the demands on time, talents and to-do lists can be overwhelming. Burnout can lead to fatigue, depression, sleep issues and even heart disease.
