Mayo Clinic Minute: Exercise and your brain

Moving more helps reduce your risk of many conditions, including heart attack, stroke diabetes and some cancers. And, now, you can add some conditions of the brain to that list.

Mayo Clinic neurologist Dr. Eric Ahlskog says exercise may help keep your brain healthier longer.
