Some surgical patients at Mayo Clinic are benefiting from technology that seems as if it's pulled a science fiction movie. Robots perform surgical procedures such as placing stents to open blocked arteries throughout the body. The remote control robots are very precise, and may help improve outcomes for some patients.

In this Mayo Clinic Minute, reporter Vivien Williams talks to interventional radiologist Dr. Sanjay Misra about how the robots help enhance patient care.
