According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 7 million children in the U.S. suffer from asthma, a condition where the airways narrow and swell, triggering coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath.  In this Mayo Clinic Radio Health Minute, Dr. Martha Hartz, the division chair of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology in the Mayo Clinic Children's Center, will discuss some of the risk factors for asthma.
