I am electronically challenged, so I hope you get this. About a year ago diagnosed with R.A. Have had 2 surgeries on wrist. Use to work out 2 hours a day in gym, haven’t been able to do that. Was just told need hip replacement, am devasted as thought R.A. under control. Live in Texas and therefore am thinking of doing surgery here.Also am thinking of changing diet heard sugar and wheat bad for arthritis. Anything you can tell me greatly appreciated.
