Since it says the acquisition will not be completed until the third quarter, would we still call Financial Engines to opt out of asset management in the meantime?

COMMENT

Will they remain fiduciary advisors, or does the new company compensate advisors on a sales commission basis?

COMMENT

What vetting of Hellman and Friedman has Mayo Clinic done? Is Mayo contractually obligated to stay with this company or is it Mayo's choice to continue with them after the acquisition?

Is this transition going to effect the Health System as well? Our statements come from Fidelity?

Until some time recently, if you went out to your 403b documentation at Fidelity, under "plan information" and then "required disclosure information", in the PDF was what the actual Financial Engines fees were ("If you utilize this service, the Financial Engines fee is as follows: 0.60% per year for the first $100,000.00 in your account; 0.45% per year on the next $100,000.01 to $250,000.00; 0.30% per year for any amount over $250,000.01 and is deducted quarterly"). That is no longer the case, now the PDF states "If you utilize this service, the Financial Engines fee is based on a percentage per year of the assets under management in your account and is deducted quarterly." How can one find out what the pricing break down is, now and in the future? Thank you.
