    Mayo Clinic Minute: Should you grab a nap?

  • Relaxation
  • Reduced fatigue
  • Increased alertness
  • Improved mood

However, naps can have drawbacks. A Japanese study recently concluded that long daytime naps could be a warning sign for Type 2 diabetes, according to a BBC report.
