CITRUS REMOULADE
Serves 16

1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
Pinch of salt

In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until evenly incorporated. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
