Mayo Clinic hospitals in Arizona, Florida and Rochester, Minnesota, have again received five-star ratings and most qualifying Mayo Clinic Health System hospitals have received at least a four-star rating for patient experience from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey.

Mayo Clinic Health System — Northland in Barron, Wisconsin, received a five-star rating, and most Mayo Clinic Health System hospitals remained at four stars.
Hospitals received ratings of one to five stars, with five stars being the highest score. The ratings are based on data from patient experience surveys.
