Heart Failure Due to Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention statistics are alarming. More than one-third of adults in the United States are obese. Obesity can increase your risk of diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart attack. It can also increase your risk of a condition called obesity hypoventilation syndrome (OHS).
