
Being in the hospital after major surgery is no fun. On top of dealing with pain, patients have to make sure they gather and retain all the information they need to support their recovery. That can be difficult when there's so much to remember and hospital staff are coming and going. Doctors at Mayo Clinic may have a solution. They're giving iPads to heart surgery patients to see if a new iPad app can make hospital stays easier and in the end more beneficial to the patient's recovery. Vivien Williams has this report.
