When a woman reaches midlife, things change. One often-dreaded issue is the tendency to put on weight around the waistline. Mayo Clinic experts say, after menopause, weight can creep up on women, because of changes associated with menopause. But they also say you can beat menopause-associated weight gain with diet and exercise.
