Great job, Linda! When it comes to IT security, it goes to show you that one chink in the armor can bring down the knight! Better safe than sorry, every time.

Way to go, Linda and Chantal!

Think of the many people both inside and outside the Clinic saved from hours/weeks/months of stress due to Linda's phish report. Thank you IT Security for providing the easy-to-use phish button, and thank you to Linda for using it!

There are work units that use TU accounts and employees are often required to check their email via imail. There is no phishing icon on this toolbar. Is the employee supposed to change computers to report the email?

I've identified several of Mayo's Phishing emails and gotten the "good job" feedback and I've heard from a few colleagues that when they reported something as phishing and it was just spam that they got an email letting them know that it had been spam (not phishing). I reported something as phishing on August 8th and didn't get a response. Does that mean that it really was phishing?

That "phishing" button would be a very nice add-on to imail for us trusted-user people…so far I have forwarded phishing stuff to the TARC email address, but that gets cumbersome…and it is likely most people are just deleting them. Is there an enhancement to imail to make that button available anytime soon?
