Cardiac rehabilitation patients who also used a digital health tool to track and log exercise and dietary habits lost more weight than patients who used traditional cardiac rehab alone, according to Mayo Clinic study results that will be presented April 2 at the American College of Cardiology’s 65th Annual Scientific Sessions in Chicago.
