If this is not a plant supplement, How do the vegetarians derive Vitamin B12? I have known people who almost touched 100 years (vegetarians) who had no complaint of B12. Is this one way of converting vegetarians into non vegetarians whether they like it or not.
Secondly, how much of B12 is supplemented with an injection of 2500 mcg daily for a week. Will this concentration be stable? How long will it be stable?
OR is it necessary to supplement B12 with injections frequently.
