    Where Are We 10 Years After SARS?

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) was a global outbreak and public health scientists were racing to understand and contain this mystery illness. Gregory Poland, M.D., director of the Mayo Clinic Vaccine Research Group, says this 10-year anniversary is a good reminder of how we improve response to pandemics.
