Mayo Clinic to Celebrate National Wear Red Day on Feb. 3
ROCHESTER, Minn. — Mayo Clinic will "go red" to celebrate National Wear Red Day on Fri., Feb. 3. Joining in the efforts across the country, Mayo Clinic invites everyone to wear red for heart disease awareness, which is the No. 1 killer of both men and women in the United States.

WHEN:
12-12:10 p.m.: Event opens with Sen. Klobuchar, the first woman elected to represent Minnesota in the United States Senate.
12:10-12:15 p.m.: A group photo of employees and community members wearing red on the Gonda Building stairway.
12:20-1:00 p.m.: A panel of women heart disease survivors will discuss their personal journeys in Geffen Auditorium, Gonda Building, subway level. Moderated by Vivien Williams, this session will also include speakers Weis and Dr. Mankad.
