Mayo Clinic ranked among ‘America’s Best Children’s Hospitals’ according to Newsweek
Mayo Clinic Children's Center in Rochester was ranked a top-performing children's hospital in seven pediatric specialties in Newsweek's recent 2023 list of "America’s Best Children’s Hospitals."
Mayo Clinic in Rochester was top-ranked in the nation by Newsweek in its list of "America’s Best Children’s Hospitals," released in July. This ranking is a testament to the dedication and expertise of the Children’s Center team at Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
"Our Children’s Center is among the top children’s hospitals in the nation," says Randall Flick, M.D., medical director for Mayo Clinic Children's Center. "This is a recognition of the excellence our team strives for in pediatric patient care, teaching and research."

The Newsweek rankings list the country's top 50 children’s hospitals. The rankings are based on survey results from over 2,000 healthcare professionals and hospital managers knowledgeable about pediatric care, results from patient satisfaction surveys, and publicly reported hospital quality metrics relevant to pediatric care.
