    Making Mayo’s Recipes: Avocado Aioli

Today's recipe is Avocado Aioli which you can spread on your favorite sandwich or use as a dip with fresh vegetables.

  1. 2 medium avocados, pits removed
  2. 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
  3. 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
  4. 1 small jalapeno pepper
  5. 1 garlic clove
  6. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  10. 1/2 teaspoon sugar


Place all of the ingredients in a food processor; mix until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 to 3 days.
