Making Mayo’s Recipes: Crabcakes with very little filler

Ingredients

  1. 1 can or pouch (16 ounces) crab meat
  2. 2 egg whites
  3. 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  6. 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  7. ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  8. ½ cup panko or whole-wheat bread crumbs
