  2. 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  5. 4 salmon fillets, each 4 ounces
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  8. 2 teaspoons olive oil
