Mayo Clinic ranked No. 1 in 4 specialities nationwide in Newsweek’s Best Specialized Hospitals

Mayo Clinic has four No. 1 rankings in "America's Best Hospitals for Specialized Care."
Mayo Clinic in Rochester was ranked No. 1 nationally in four of six specialties evaluated — more than any other hospital — in Newsweek's "America's Best Hospitals for Specialized Care in 2025."
Mayo Clinic in Rochester was ranked No. 1 for cardiac, endocrine, neurological and pulmonary care; No. 2 for orthopedic care; and No. 3 for cancer care — earning top-three national rankings in all six specialties. Mayo Clinic in Arizona, Mayo Clinic in Florida and Mayo Clinic Health System hospitals in Eau Claire and La Crosse, Wisconsin and Mankato, Minnesota were also recognized.
Mayo Clinic in Arizona was the top-ranked hospital in the state across all six specialties. Mayo Clinic in Florida earned the top spot in five of the six specialties in its state — ranking highest in cardiac, endocrine, neurological, pulmonary and orthopedic care. Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire was top-ranked in Wisconsin in three specialties: cardiac, endocrine and pulmonary care.
This year's list highlights hospitals excelling in six medical specialties: the top 200 hospitals for cancer care, the top 200 hospitals for cardiac care, the top 200 hospitals for neurological care, the top 200 hospitals for orthopedic care, the top 175 hospitals for endocrine care, and the top 175 hospitals for pulmonary care.
