
Mayo Clinic hospitals in Arizona, Florida, Rochester and Mayo Clinic Health System — Northland in Barron, Wisconsin, received five-star ratings for patient experience from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. All remaining qualifying Mayo Clinic Health System hospitals received four-star ratings.

Hospitals included in the survey received ratings of one to five stars, with five stars being the highest score. The ratings are based on data from patient experience surveys.
