    Mayo hospitals rank high in patient experience in latest Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services survey

Mayo Clinic hospitals received four- and five-star ratings in patient experience in the latest Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey, conducted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The rankings reflect staff dedication to providing a supportive and excellent experience for patients.

Mayo Clinic hospitals in Arizona, Florida, Rochester and Mayo Clinic Health System — Northland in Barron, Wisconsin, received five-star ratings for patient experience from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. All remaining qualifying Mayo Clinic Health System hospitals received four-star ratings.

Hospitals included in the survey received ratings of one to five stars, with five stars being the highest score. The ratings are based on data from patient experience surveys.

  • Mayo Clinic Health System — Chippewa Valley in Bloomer, Wisconsin.
  • Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
  • Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont, Minnesota.
  • Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
  • Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, Minnesota.
  • Mayo Clinic Health System in New Prague, Minnesota.
  • Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing, Minnesota.
  • Mayo Clinic Health System — Red Cedar in Menomonie, Wisconsin.
