    Take advantage of Patient Education Classes

The Barbara Woodward Lips Patient Education Center at Mayo Clinic offers a variety of classes for Mayo Clinic patients and employees.

Classes include:

  • High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
  • Introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong
  • Managing Your Weight
  • Preparing for Surgery
  • Relaxation Techniques
  • Stress Management

New classes are added regularly. Obtain a class list from the Patient Education Center. To schedule a class, stop in or call 507-284-8140 or ask your health care provider for a referral. Provide your Mayo Clinic patient number when scheduling.
