HEALTH TIP OF THE WEEK
Exercise doesn't need to go by the wayside when you're traveling. Before you leave, call your hotel and ask about on-site or nearby fitness facilities or equipment, such as treadmills, weight machines, running tracks, pools, tennis courts and outdoor trails. Then pack accordingly. Also consider keeping these things in your suitcase: athletic shoes, a jump rope and resistance bands.
